Ditan Distribution · 1999–2005

Built the IT foundation for a 3PL provider

Established and managed the complete e-commerce IT infrastructure for a privately held third-party logistics company. Hired the IT team and implemented front-end EDI Gentran plus SAP warehousing modules with RF connectivity, meeting retail-compliance and operational requirements while remaining within a $500,000 setup budget.

Bora Pharmaceuticals · 2026–Present

Regulated enterprise migration program

Leading cross-functional migration and validation of enterprise applications and GxP systems—including SAP and quality-control platforms—through inventory analysis, data-integrity strategy, risk-based assessment, and end-to-end transition delivery.

Impax Laboratories · 2014–2016

Quality platforms and SAP planning enhancement

Delivered a global TrackWise change-control initiative across Taiwan, New Jersey, and California; led Veeva Vault vendor selection and implementation; and realigned stakeholders to complete SAP supply-chain and sales-operations-planning functionality with QA validation documentation.

IBM Storage Division · 2005–2008

Global SAP order-to-cash delivery

Designed, configured, tested, and delivered SAP Sales & Distribution order-to-cash solutions integrated with proprietary IBM MRP systems. Coordinated UAT across San Jose, Singapore, and Guadalajara and led production-support resolution.

CEMEX Global Rollout · 2006

European SAP data-migration rollout

Managed a team of 25 European consultants in Warsaw to cleanse and migrate EU data into a global SAP template. The program included country-specific compliance considerations, process evaluation, architecture definition, and hardware-deployment coordination.

Spark Therapeutics · 2018

Infrastructure and application program governance

Managed concurrent technology programs, from RFP development and vendor due diligence to resource planning, budget and purchase-order oversight, risk reviews, steering-committee alignment, progress reporting, and deployment readiness.
